Greek Salad Dressing

• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoons water
• One 0.7-ounce package Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
• 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (from a tube)
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1. Whisk together the vinegar, water, dressing mix, and anchovy paste.
2. Add the oil and whisk until blended.
