Seriously Good! Sweet-Salty Nagoya Style Chicken Spare Ribs

  1. Put the chicken wings and flour into a plastic bag, and coat the wings evenly with the flour.
  2. Put the ingredients into a small bowl, and mix together.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry the chicken wings.
  4. Start over high heat, and when the chicken has started to brown, turn down the heat to medium-low.
  5. Brown patiently.
  6. Turn the wings over.
  7. When they're browned on all sides, add the combined ingredients, and simmer while stirring over high heat.
  8. Add plenty of black pepper.
  9. Transfer to a serving plate, scatter sesame seeds and they're done.
  10. If you prefer crispy wings, use less of the seasonings.
