Pork Satay Recipe
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or possibly pressed
- 1 1/2 pound cubed pork loin
- Dipping Sauce (recipe follows)
- This succulent pork kebab is an Indonesian specialty.
- Peanut butter, soy sauce and curry are combined to make a wonderful blend of flavors in both the marinade and dipping sauce.
- Serve it with warm rice and a lettuce and citrus salad.
- For 4 servings you will need:
soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, curry pwdr, lemon juice, red pepper, clove garlic, pork loin, dipping sauce
