Leek Namul to Eat with Samgyeopsal and Other Korean Dishes
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Taberu Ra-yu (the normal type is okay too)
- 1 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 dash Ground black pepper
- Julienne or cut the leek thinly and diagonally.
- Soak them in water for a bit.
- It's okay if you don't soak them.
- Squeeze out as much water as you can.
- This is the most important point!
- Then all you have to do is mix in the seasonings.
- It'll look like this!
- Put it in a dish and it's done!
- You can use it for anything!
