Sausage 'n' Grits Casserole

  1. Cook grits in a large pan with water and salt.
  2. Fold in cheese and mix well.
  3. Add eggs, milk, thyme and sausage.
  4. Pour into greased casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour.
  6. Can be prepared the night before.
