Old Fashioned Honey Lemon Chicken
- 1 package Chicken Breast
- Butter Or Cooking Spray, Enough To Coat Bottom Of Baking Dish
- Flour, Enough To Dredge Chicken Breasts
- 2 dashes Or More Of Paprika
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Or More Of Honey
- 1/2 cups Or More Of Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in the baking dish intended for cooking the chicken.
- You can also use Pam to spray the dish.
- Mix a healthy dash of paprika with flour, then coat the chicken.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and place chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, whisk together equal parts of honey and lemon juice.
- I start with 1/2 cup each.
- You want to be able to cover most of the chicken.
- Turn the chicken over after 30 minutes of baking, and pour honey and lemon juice mixture over chicken.
- Bake for another 30 minutes, turning again after 15 minutes.
