Glorified Beef Stew Recipe

• 3 lbs. stew beef
• 1 can beef bouillon
• 1 can beef consomme
• 1 can small pearl onions, liquid removed
• 2 cans mushrooms (sliced or possibly whole), liquid removed
• Cooking sherry

1. Flour meat and brown in veg.
2. oil.
3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven.
4. Cook for 3 hrs at 325 degrees.
5. Serve over creamed potatoes or possibly rice.
