Crispy Baked Fish

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine crumbs and garlic salt in pie pan or shallow bowl.
  3. Place beaten egg in another pie pan or shallow bowl.
  4. Dip fish in egg then lightly press both sides of fish into crumb mixture to coat.
  5. Place onto greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
