Crispy Baked Fish
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, beaten
- 4 (4-ounce) firm-fleshed white fish fillets or pieces (such as, cod, red snapper or Chilean sea bass)
- Lemon wedges, if desired
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine crumbs and garlic salt in pie pan or shallow bowl.
- Place beaten egg in another pie pan or shallow bowl.
- Dip fish in egg then lightly press both sides of fish into crumb mixture to coat.
- Place onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
