Mexican Tossed Salad Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) can Ranch style beans
- 1 bag fritos
- 3/4 bottle Catalina salad dressing
- 1 shredded head lettuce
- 2 minced tomatoes
- 1 minced onion
- 1 minced bell pepper
- 1 pound grated Longhorn cheese
- Drain and wash beans; combine with cheese, pepper, onion, tomatoes and dressing.
- Add in dressing just before serving.
- Add in crushed fritos.
