Braised Dried Oysters With Bean Curd Sticks Recipe

  5. Cut bean curd sticks in 2-inch lengths.
  6. Mash red bean cheese.

  9. Add in salt, then red bean cheese, and stir-fry 1 minute.

  14. Then simmer, covered, 45 min, stirring occasionally.
