Sugar - Spiced Nuts

  1. Grease a 15*10*1-inch baking pan.
  2. Set pan aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat egg white and water till frothy.
  4. Add the nuts and toss to coat.
  5. Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Sprinkle over the nuts; toss to coat.
  7. Spread nuts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly in pan.
  10. Transfer to waxed paper to cool.
  11. Break into clusters.
  12. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
