Round Steak Supreme Recipe

• 1 thin sliced round steak
• 4 minced onions
• 1 pack saltine crackers, crushed
• 3 Large eggs, beaten
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Lb.
2. round steak, remove bone, season to taste.
3. In dry bowl mix cracker crumbs and Large eggs.
4. Spread on round steak.
5. Roll up.
6. Secure with toothpicks or possibly tie.
7. Place in roaster with 3 c. water.
8. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
