Apricot Horseradish Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine the jam and horseradish in a mixing bowl and whisk till smooth.
  2. Whisk in the lime juice and salt and pepper.
  3. If not serving immediately, transfer the sauce to a glass jar with a nonmetallic lid and chill.
  4. It will keep for several weeks.
