Dim Sum Dipping Sauce

• 1/4 cup sambal oelek (Indonesian hot sauce)
• 1 cup rice vinegar
• 1 cup soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar.
2. Seal with a lid and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
