Creamy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cheese

  1. Saute Brussels sprouts in hot oil in ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
  2. or until sprouts are seared and lightly browned.
  3. Deglaze skillet with wine; place in 350 degrees F-convection oven.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Stir in bacon.
  6. Bake an additional 5 min.
  7. (If mixture appears dry, add 1-1/3 cups water or 1/3 cup water for trial recipe with the bacon.)
  8. Transfer sprouts to large bowl.
  9. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
