Grilled Peaches

• 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 large peaches
• white chocolate truffle (optional)
• nonstick cooking spray

1. Cut peaches in half and discard of pit.
2. marinate peaches in vanilla
3. heat indoor grill pan on medium high heat until smoke rises.
4. spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
5. grill peaches for 3-5 minutes on each side.
6. (Optional) Fill the pit void with a white chocolate truffle.
7. Enjoy!
