Quinoa and Raspberry Flan

  1. In large bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, eggs, milk and lemon zest until blended.
  2. Stir in quinoa flakes.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with raspberries.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set at center and golden.
  5. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
