Anniversary Burgers Recipe
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 slc Bread, torn up
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, dry chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 tsp Horseradish, prepared
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
- 1/4 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1/2 tsp Mustard, dry
- 2 lb Grnd beef, lean
- 1/2 c. Butter, sweet
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- Light a charcoal fire.
- Mix Large eggs with cream and lowfat milk, then add in torn-up bread onion, salt, horse- radish, pepper, thyme, and dry mustard.
- Stir well, let stand for 10 min, then stir well again, till all is well moistened and the bread is no longer in pcs.
- Add in grnd beef and mix well.
- Heat butter with catsup and keep hot.
- Measure out beef in 1/2 c. increments and form patties.
- Grill over warm coals on one side.
- Turn and brush with butter-catsup mix.
- Grill other side.
- Serve warm.
