Pork Wasabi Tacos
- 1 12 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 13 cup hoisin sauce
- 6 flat bread or 6 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon prepared wasabi paste (more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon white wine vinegar or 12 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 14 head napa cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 12 English cucumber, sliced thin
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Thread pork on skewers and brush with hoisin sauce.
- Grill pork, over medium heat, for about 12 to 14 minutes, until no longer pink (160 degrees F), turning once.
- Grill flatbread for 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine wasabi paste, water,oil, vinegar, and sugar; whisk to combine.
- Layer pork and vegetables on flatbread and drizzle with wasabi mixture.
