Pork Wasabi Tacos

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread pork on skewers and brush with hoisin sauce.
  3. Grill pork, over medium heat, for about 12 to 14 minutes, until no longer pink (160 degrees F), turning once.
  4. Grill flatbread for 1 minute.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine wasabi paste, water,oil, vinegar, and sugar; whisk to combine.
  6. Layer pork and vegetables on flatbread and drizzle with wasabi mixture.
