Tomato Salsa/Relish Recipe

• 2 onions, sliced and quartered
• Garlic pwdr
• Oil
• 2 cans pimento, sliced
• Parsley
• 2 (#10) cans tomatoes, cut up with juice
• 1 c. vinegar
• 1 c. wine
• 1/4 c. sugar
• Salt and pepper
• 1 can olives, sliced

1. Mix all ingredients and marinate.
