Oats and Cinnamon Muffins
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Quaker Oats, with apple and blueberry (you could also use porridge oats and add dry apple and blueberries)
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons mixed spice
- Mix dry ingredients together and mix wet ingredient seperate then add both together.
- Put in muffin cases or cake tin.
- Bake in oven until golden.
- I test mine with a sharp knife in the centre if it is still goo on knife it goes back in for a little longer.
- 20-25 for muffins but please allow longer for a cake.
