Chicken and potato stew

  1. Cut chicken into small to medium cubes, season with oil, black pepper, and chopped garlic.
  2. Fry the mix in a deep pan on a large fire until it is brownish.
  3. Stir regularly to avoid burning.
  4. Cut onion in ring quarters, slice carrots.
  5. Add them with cumin to the pan, mix well.
  6. Cover with a lid, continue frying on a large fire regularly stirring.
  7. Cut potatoes into medium to large cubes, add them to the pan.
  8. Pour water or broth a bit below of potato level, salt if needed.
  9. Mix well.
  10. When water starts to boil, reduce fire, cover pan with a lid, and wait until potato is ready.
  11. Serve with chopped green onions and sour cream.
  12. Have a good meal :)
