Refreshing Lime Pie

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in yogurt.
  5. Chill until partially set.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Chill until firm.
