Refreshing Lime Pie
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin
- 12 cup boiling water
- 3 (8 ounce) cartons nonfat key lime pie yogurt or 3 (8 ounce) cartonssugar-free fat-free lemon yogurt
- 1 12 cups light whipped topping
- 1 shortbread pie crust (8 inches)
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
- In another bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill until firm.
