Cider cinnamon brussels sprouts

  1. In large pan over medium heat, heat oil.
  2. Cook brussels sprouts cut side down, flipping once until browned.
  3. Add apple and pear cooking until soft.
  4. Add cider and cinnamon; simmer, stirring until liquids cook away
