Crock pot beef butt roast

• 2 lb beef butt roast
• 1/2 small white onion, chopped
• 1 stick celery, chopped
• 2 cubes beef bouillon
• 2 cup water
• 2 cup baby cut carrots
• 1/2 lb whole baby bellas, cleaned and quartered
• 2 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp honey

1. In a large crock pot add water, onion, celery & beef bouillon cubes
2. Combine pepper, oregano & thyme.
3. Rub into beef.
4. Add beef to crock pot
5. Drizzle honey over top of beef
6. Add carrots and mushrooms.
7. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours.
8. (My crock cooks hot, yours may require more time)
