Grapefruit Sorbet With Pomegranate Seeds

• 12 cup sugar
• 1 12 cups water
• 3 cups grapefruit juice
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds

1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over medium.
3. heat; cook 5 minutes.
4. Combine sugar mixture and grapefruit juice.
5. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
6. Top each serving with pomegranate seeds.
