Baked Cheddar Crackers

  1. In your food processor, pulse cheese, flours and salt until coarse.
  2. Add water at 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
  3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2030 minutes to chill.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet well.
  5. Once dough is chilled, roll out and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Bake for 1520 minutes or until desired crispiness.
