Baked Cheddar Crackers
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups White Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- In your food processor, pulse cheese, flours and salt until coarse.
- Add water at 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2030 minutes to chill.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet well.
- Once dough is chilled, roll out and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake for 1520 minutes or until desired crispiness.
