Hawaiian Mochi Fried Chicken

  1. Set the chicken aside.
  2. Combine the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the chicken.
  4. Marinate overnight.
  5. In a wok add oil about half way up and heat to 350 add in small amount of the chicken deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Drain onto a rack.
