Kimchi Soy Dan Dan Noodles
- 30 grams should be enough Ground pork
- 1 dash Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 10 cm Green onion or scallion
- 100 ml Chicken stock
- 150 ml Soy milk
- 1 as much (to taste) Kimchi
- 1 serving Chinese noodles (or somen noodles)
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Ra-yu
- Heat the oil in a pot and saute the ginger, garlic, and minced green onions until fragrant.
- Boil the noodles in a separate pot.
- Add the ground pork in the pot and saute.
- Add the doubanjiang, oyster sauce, and soy sauce, and stir-fry.
- Pour in the chicken stock.
- Once it comes to a boil, pour in the soy milk.
- Do not boil it too long as the soy milk will separate.
- Add the kimchi and turn off the heat.
- Pour it over the cooked and drained noodles in a bowl.
- Sprinkle some green onions, drizzle on some ra-yu, and it is done.
