Balsamic Peas

  1. Melt butter slowly in a saute pan.
  2. Add onions.
  3. Sweat until nearly translucent.
  4. Add garlic.
  5. Sweat until fragrant.
  6. Add peas.
  7. Add balsamic.
  8. Reduce until nearly evaporated.
  9. Variations; Shallots, horseradish, parsley, mustard, red wine, Worcestershire, mushrooms, chives, smoked mozzarella, basil, bacon, lemon, oregano
