Pan-Fried Ginger Pork Belly Slices

  1. Boil the bean sprouts.
  2. Grate the ginger and onion and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the meat.
  5. When the meat is cooked through, add the mixed ingredients and cook until the moisture evaporates.
  6. Serve the meat on a bed of bean sprout and shiso leaves!
  7. My family likes to season the bean sprouts with mayo.
