Pan-Fried Ginger Pork Belly Slices
- 250 grams Pork belly, sliced thinly
- 1 pack Bean sprouts
- 1 bunch Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger (grated)
- 4 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 3 tbsp Cooking sake
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 Onion (grated)
- Boil the bean sprouts.
- Grate the ginger and onion and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the meat.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the mixed ingredients and cook until the moisture evaporates.
- Serve the meat on a bed of bean sprout and shiso leaves!
- My family likes to season the bean sprouts with mayo.
