Bacon, Corn & Spinach Dip
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels (from about 2 ears)
- 2 cups tightly packed fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
- drippings from skillet.
- Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add corn and spinach; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or just until spinach is wilted.
- Add cream cheese and milk; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella and bacon.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bakes 20 to 25 min.
- or until heated through.
