Roasted Lemon Basil Chicken

• 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 2 tsp. honey
• 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
• 1 broiler-fryer chicken (2-1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09

1. Heat oven to 375 Degree F.
2. Mix salad dressing, juice, honey and basil.
3. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish.
4. Spread with salad dressing mixture.
5. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
