Grilled Chicken, Goat Cheese, & Roasted Red Pepper Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Place the crust on a baking sheet large enough for it to lie flat.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust to cover all but the outer 1/2 inch.
  4. Top the sauce evenly with the chicken, bell pepper strips, and then the goat cheese.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and the crust is lightly crisped, 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Top the pizza with cilantro or basil, and then let it stand 5 minutes.
  7. Slice it into 8 equal wedges and serve immediately.
