Fiesta Dip
- 1 lb. regular, low-fat
- non-fat Bison Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup mild, md.
- hot salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives
- Chopped jalapenos, to taste
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
- Spread cottage cheese onto serving plate.
- Top with layer of salsa.
- Sprinkle with sliced olives and chopped jalapenos.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
