Squid On The Barbecue

  1. Prepare and wash squid if they are not already prepared at purchase.
  2. Place squid in a bowl and add the salt and garlic.
  3. Mix well and place in fridge 2+ hours before cooking.
  4. In a small jug place the chopped coriander or parsley and add the olive oil.
  5. I aslo added a pinch of garlic salt.
  6. Set it in fridge to infuse until needed.
  7. When its time to grill shake the excess salt off the squid and place one by one on the barbecue.
  8. Place squid on barbecue and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side depending on how thick the squid is.
  9. Drizzle the olive oil over the squid once its ready to serve.
