Coconut & Cool Whip desert
- 1 Coconut cookies - approx. 30
- 1 Milk - enough to dip each cookie in
- 1 Cool Whip - 2 @ 8oz containers I used sugar free.
- Dip first layer of cookies (8) in milk and lay in 7 x 11 x 2 inch casserole dish
- Cover cookies generously with cool whip
- repeat step 1 & 2 about 3 times ending with cool whip topping
- Crush remaining (3) cookies and sprinkle on top.
