MIRACLE WHIP Pickle-Potato Salad

• 2 lb. red new potatoes, quartered King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 2 stalks celery, sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
• 3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 cup CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Cool.
4. Place potatoes in large bowl.
5. Add celery, parsley and dill; mix lightly.
6. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
7. Add to potato mixture; toss to evenly coat.
8. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
