Chicken Cordon Recipe
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 5 tbsp. white cooking wine
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Half and Half
- 6 to 8 boneless chicken breast fillets
- Equal number of slices of deli sliced ham for boneless chicken breast
- Equal number slices of sliced Swiss cheese for boneless chicken breast
- Heat and blend soup, wine, butter and Half and Half; roll chicken, ham and cheese and coat with flour and place in baking dish.
- Pour liquid over and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till chicken is done.
