Potato, cheese and bacon.

  1. Peel potatoes and clean.
  2. Cut ghem french cries style, but thiner
  3. Fry until golden brown and reserve.
  4. Put kitchen paper to reduce the amount of oil.
  5. Pre-heat the oven at 100F celsius (210F)
  6. Cut the bacon in dices.
  7. Fry it for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. I used smoked bacon because it gives an interesting flavour.
  9. Mix potatoes, bacon and cheese ( You can use any type of grated cheese, I used houda) in a recipient that can go to the oven.
  10. Make sure the cheese covers the whole mix.
  11. Put in the oven until the cheese melts.
  12. If you use the ranch sauce, mix it with everything before going into the oven.
