Potato, cheese and bacon.
- 2 medium potatoes
- 100 grams bacon
- 1 grated cheese
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 salt
- 1 (optional) ranch sauce
- Peel potatoes and clean.
- Cut ghem french cries style, but thiner
- Fry until golden brown and reserve.
- Put kitchen paper to reduce the amount of oil.
- Pre-heat the oven at 100F celsius (210F)
- Cut the bacon in dices.
- Fry it for about 2-3 minutes.
- I used smoked bacon because it gives an interesting flavour.
- Mix potatoes, bacon and cheese ( You can use any type of grated cheese, I used houda) in a recipient that can go to the oven.
- Make sure the cheese covers the whole mix.
- Put in the oven until the cheese melts.
- If you use the ranch sauce, mix it with everything before going into the oven.
