• 1 cup water, plus
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 12 tablespoons butter or 1 12 tablespoons margarine
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour or 3 cups bread machine flour
• 1 12 tablespoons skim milk powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 12 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 1 tablespoon melted butter, for brushing on finished crust

1. MEASURE ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer; Insert pan into the oven chamber.
2. SELECT the basic cycle.
3. BRUSH a little melted butter on finished crust.
