Layered Greek Salad for a Crowd

  1. Combine lettuce and spinach; place half in 6-qt.
  2. serving bowl.
  3. Cover with layers of pasta, tomatoes, remaining lettuce, cucumbers and onions.
  4. Mix mayo and dressing; spread over salad.
  5. Top with cheese and olives.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Toss just before serving.
