Cucumber and Zucchini Dip

• 2 cups cucumbers, peeled and sliced
• 3 ounces firm tofu
• 34 cup zucchini, sliced
• 13 teaspoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix

1. Blend tofu with olive oil and the onion soup mix.
2. Coat the zucchini and cucumber slices with the dip.
