Tortellini Salad
- 3 pkg. meat or cheese tortellini
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 5 to 6 plum tomatoes, chopped, or 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1/4 large red onion, chopped
- 1/4 red cabbage, chopped
- 2 to 3 oz. Colby cheese, chopped
- 2 to 3 oz. Swiss cheese, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oregano (approximately)
- 1 to 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 to 2 tsp. Nature's Seasons
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
- Cook tortellini noodles as directed on package.
- Chop all vegetables and cheese up while noodles cool in fridge at least 3 to 4 hours.
- Rinse noodles and drain.
- Add vegetables and dry seasonings.
- Mix salad with spoons.
- Pour at least 4 to 6 ounces dressing to taste over salad and mix again.
- May need to add more seasonings and grated cheese to personal tastes.
