Beans and Mushrooms With Garlic Breadcrumbs

  1. Cook green and yellow bean according to package direction, until slightly undercooked.
  2. Drain well and pat dry.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and butter in medim-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add breadcrumbs, parsley, chili flakes, salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Add cooked beans and toss to heat through and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. TIPS:.
  8. Dried breadcrumbs will crisp faster than fresh.
  9. Panko breadcrumbs are a good pantry item.
  10. They are available in most supermarkets.
