Boop's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 squares (2 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooked
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. coarsely minced Reese's peanut butter c.
- In large mixing bowl, beat the shortening and butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds till softened.
- Add in about half of the flour to shortening mix.
- Add in sugar, brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, Large eggs, baking soda and vanilla.
- Beat till thoroughly combined, scraping the sides of bowl occasionally.
- Beat or possibly stir in the remaining flour.
- Stir in minced Reese's c..
- Drop dough from a rounded Tbsp.
- 2 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 min or possibly till tops look dry.
- Cold on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
- Then remove the cookies from the cookie sheet and cold on a wire rack.
- Makes about 30 cookies.
