Melon Liquado

• 1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon, peeled, seeds removed, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups cold milk
• 2 cups chopped ice
• 3 tablespoons honey

1. Combine the fruit with the milk, ice and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
