Mughlai Masala Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. garam masala, divided
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Dill Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan lined with parchment paper; brush with oil.
- Mix 1/2 tsp.
- garam masala and next 4 ingredients until well blended; sprinkle over fish.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, cook cream cheese product, yogurt and remaining garam masala in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, stirring constantly.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Keep warm.
- Transfer fish to platter; drizzle with half the sauce.
- Sprinkle with dill.
- Pour remaining sauce into bowl.
- Serve with fish.
