Szechuan Green Beans

  1. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat.
  2. Add frozen vegetables and stir fry 1-2 minutes, or until strting to brown.
  3. Cover and cook until almost done, 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Carefully wipe pan clean.
  6. Add remaining oil and heat.
  7. Add next ingredients and srir fry until frafrant.
  8. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce and cooked beans.
  9. Stir fry until beans are coated.
  10. Drizzle with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  11. Serve immediately.
