Country Breakfast Pie (No Potatoes)

  1. Cook breakfast meat.
  2. Crumble or cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix cheese and meat; sprinkle in pie shell.
  4. Mix peppers and onions.
  5. Add eggs and cream.
  6. If using tabasco, add now to taste.
  7. Mix and pour into shell.
  8. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  9. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
